Frequently Asked Questions

What the heck is CSCS and FRCms and why does it matter for your results?

CSCS stands for Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This is the gold standard certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the same credential held by many professional and collegiate strength coaches.

What it means for you: I’m trained to design science based programs that improve strength, power and performance while keeping you safe. It’s a level of education and testing that goes far beyond a basic personal training certification.

FRCms stands for Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. This system teaches advanced joint health and mobility training.

What it means for you: We don’t just lift weights; we build resilient joints, stronger connective tissue and usable range of motion so you can train hard, stay pain-free and move well in everyday life.

Do I need any equipment or space at home?

Our mobile gym is fully outfitted with everything you need for a great workout:

  • Squat Rack

  • 2 Benches

  • 3 Barbells & Trap Bar

What do you do if there is inclement weather?

We’ve got you covered - literally. If there’s rain, storms or unsafe conditions, we’ll adjust as needed. Most sessions can be moved into your garage or a covered area without missing a beat.
