I didn’t realize just how much his training had strengthened me until life put me to the test. Recently, my mother suddenly became unable to walk, talk, or bear any weight. When I arrived at her home that night, I had no idea how I was going to get her to the hospital. But because of the strength and confidence I’ve gained through Jimmy’s workouts, I was able to lift her onto a rollator, get her down the stairs, and into her van so I could get her the help she needed.
